RIVA CAPITAL LLC respects your right to privacy. If you wish to delete your account in the BEANSHE, please follow the step-by-step instructions below (as of January 20, 2025)
Step 1: "Open Profile"
Open the personal account section of the Beanshe and navigate to the profile section by clicking on the profile icon in the top left corner of the screen
Step 2: "Go to Settings"
In the profile, click on the "Username" button to go to the account management section
Step 3: "Select Account Deletion Option"
In the settings, scroll down and click the "Delete Account" button
Step 4: "Confirm Deletion"
On this screen, you will be prompted to confirm the deletion of your account. By confirming the action, a request will be sent to customer support to delete your account, after which all data associated with you will be permanently deleted
Alternative Account Deletion Method
If you experience difficulties deleting your account through the app, you can send a request for its deletion by writing to us at info@beanshe.com
In the email, please specify the subject as "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days
